There was plenty of excitement at the hall recently as a privately organised Shania Twain tribute evening brought together a packed crowd for a night of music, dancing and entertainment.

From Man! I Feel Like a Woman! to You’re Still the One and many more fan favourites, the audience sang along to hit after hit, with the dance floor busy throughout the evening. The performance certainly impressed the crowd, although we’re pleased to report that nobody was heard saying “That Don’t Impress Me Much!”

Getting the evening off to a flying start were Newark favourites Three Blind Bats, whose lively warm-up set ensured everyone was ready for the main event.

By the end of the night, there were tired feet, sore voices and plenty of smiling faces!
